I will also tell you when a product will not work.
A cheap buy price can be the most expensive mistake in sourcing. If the quality does not match the price you plan to sell at, your customers will tell you — in reviews and returns.
Example. Sourcing at $3 to sell at $30 is a 10× markup. At that gap, buyers expect a $30 product and receive a $3 one. That is where returns and chargebacks come from.
My rule. Before we order, I ask what you plan to sell it for and where. If the numbers do not line up, I say so — and suggest a better buy price. That advice is free, and it is usually worth more than the order.
FAQ
Questions I get every week.
Do you have an Alibaba storefront?
No, and it would not help you. I am not a trading company reselling goods to you — I am a personal agent buying on your behalf. That structure is exactly why the fee is 5% instead of 15–20%. Happy to show order history and payment records instead.
Is the $30 charged once or on every order?
Once. $30 at the beginning only. It does not repeat per order, and it does not change by destination country.
What if the goods arrive damaged or wrong?
I check and photograph everything before it ships, and I work with suppliers who accept returns. If something is wrong at the source, I chase the supplier and give you the evidence. What I cannot control is whether your selling price matches market expectations — that part I flag before we order.
Do you handle branded or copyrighted items?
No. I do not source counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods. It creates customs risk for you and legal risk for both of us. I will tell you straight away if a request falls into that category.
How do I pay?
Agreed before the first order, in steps: goods and verification fee first, shipping after you approve the photos.
How fast is it?
Depends on the product and destination. Typical door-to-door transit is 5–12 working days after dispatch. I will give you the exact estimate with your quote.
